Legacy Partners, Inc. is seeking a dedicated on-site leasing professional to support marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing activities for our multifamily properties. The role requires coordinating move‑in information, resolving resident issues, and maintaining strong communication with residents and team members.

The position is full-time and on-site, with availability Thursday through Monday. You will collaborate with the Leasing Manager and Business Manager to achieve leasing goals and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, marketing, and providing strong customer service.
• Ability to coordinate move-in information and resolve resident concerns.
• Strong organizational skills for processing applications and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents.
• Give property tours and match prospects with available units.
• Explain lease terms and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Support marketing efforts and outreach to promote the community.
• Assist with move-ins, welcome new residents, and deliver notices.
• Process applications, collect deposits, and maintain lease files.
