Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a dedicated on-site Property Manager for the Third at Bankside community in New York. You will supervise daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and staff to maximize NOI while preserving property appearance and service quality.

You will coordinate with Corporate Office, manage budgets and contracts, and drive marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals. A strong compliance mindset and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma/GED.
• Undergraduate Degree in General Studies or an Associate Degree in General Studies.
• 3-4 years of required experience in a supervisory role and Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community including leasing and occupancy, maintenance, and staff management.
• Establish an on-site communication system with the Corporate Office and supervise performance evaluations.
• Assist with budgeting, vendor contracts, and purchase approvals within budget guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance programs and capital improvement projects; ensure housing quality standards.
• Support marketing plans, advertising, and promotions to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and ensure proper documentation and charges for damages.
