Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple site teams in a dense market, driving asset performance through property managers. You will supervise 1–3 communities, manage budgets, leasing, maintenance, and compliance, while delivering exceptional resident service and strong NOI growth.

The role requires 8–10 years of supervisory experience in property management, a Bachelor's in Property Management, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Property Management required.
• High school diploma / GED preferred.
• Associate Degree in General Studies preferred.
• 10+ years of relative work experience could offset minimum educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of property managers across multiple sites to ensure asset performance.
• Lead the preparation and management of the annual operating budget and financial reports.
• Oversee applicant approvals, leasing, rent collection, and delinquency processes.
• Maintain maintenance programs and capital improvements; ensure compliance and safety standards.
