Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of a mixed-use or multifamily property to maximize cash flow.
• Direct property employees and monitor quality of work; train and coach for success.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable against budget.
• Maintain resident relations, lease administration, and occupant safety; address questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with local authorities to ensure prompt response when necessary.
• Open and maintain communication with residents; ensure adherence to lease requirements.
