LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Property Manager to supervise daily operations of our Woodstock community. You will oversee leasing, occupancy, maintenance, and staff performance, while ensuring asset quality and NOI targets.

Responsibilities include budget preparation, vendor management, and adherence to housing standards. Strong leadership and knowledge of Yardi are preferred; ARM/CPM/CAM/IREM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma/GED.
• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in property management.
• Preferred ARM/CPM/CAM/IREM certifications.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the apartment community, including leasing, occupancy, and maintenance.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and purchase orders within approved guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with housing quality standards and company policies; monitor regulatory compliance.
• Lead on-site teams and coordinate communication with Corporate Office; train new associates.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and maintain on-site records; handle resident service requests.
