LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team at a multi-unit property in New York. The role covers mechanical, interior and exterior maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work.

You will hire and train staff, schedule work, and supervise performance. EPA/HVAC knowledge and a valid driver's license are preferred; multilingual skills are a plus. Competitive compensation is offered with full benefits and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Formación

• 3-4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance team across mechanical, interior, and exterior tasks; hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment including HVAC systems; disassemble, clean, lubricate, and replace parts.
• Perform routine to advanced carpentry tasks such as doors, jambs, moldings, and painting.
• Carry out electrical work including lighting, wiring, and power circuit inspection and repair.
• Handle plumbing tasks from unclogging sinks to pipe repair and replacement.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; obtain bids, draft specifications, and manage bid process.
• Conduct preventative maintenance activities to extend asset life.
• Other duties as assigned.
