Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, under the guidance of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, lease apartments, manage maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), experience in property management, and knowledge of on-site software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with on-site property management software.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing.
