Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential multifamily property management experience
• 2+ years of supervising two or more employees
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with property management systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams
• Market property and collaborate with marketing to attract residents and renew leases
• Manage budgets, expenses, and rent collection to maximize revenue
• Submit accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee capital improvements
