Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to supervise the daily operations of a large multifamily community, ensuring top-tier resident service, leasing and maintenance execution, and NOI optimization. This role requires on-site leadership and close collaboration with Engineering and Corporate Office.

You will manage budgeting, vendor contracts, marketing plans, regulatory compliance, and staff development while ensuring affordable housing programs where

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• High school diploma / GED in General Studies or Associate Degree in General Studies
• 5-7 years of supervisory and property management experience in multifamily
• Preferred certifications: ARM, CPM, IREM, or CAM
• Required: fair housing laws, affordable housing programs at select properties, MS Office
• Preferred: Yardi, LRO, leadership/supervisory skills, landlord/tenant knowledge

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily operations of a large multifamily community.
• Maintains property assets and drives NOI without compromising appearance or service.
• Manages budget, vendor contracts and on-site maintenance with Engineering.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and trains associates on policies.
• Oversees leasing, applications, and residency approvals.
• Coordinates advertising and coordination with Marketing Department.
