Brookfield is seeking an on-site Property Support Specialist to assist the Property Manager with daily operations of a Florida apartment community. You will handle leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination, ensuring high standards of property service.

Responsibilities include processing applications, renewals, and coordinating vendor invoices while upholding Fair Housing policies and company procedures. Strong MS Office and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate degree in Property Management or Accounting/Bookkeeping.
• 1-2 years experience in Leasing, Bookkeeping, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with general administration and daily operations of the apartment community.
• Support Leasing functions including showing units, processing applications and deposits, and renewals.
• Handle rent collection, invoicing, and basic vendor payments.
• Maintain maintenance programs and respond to resident requests; prepare service orders.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing policies and company procedures.
