Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-complexity apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and staff management. The role focuses on maximizing net operating income while maintaining property appearance and resident satisfaction.

You will enforce policies, coordinate with the Corporate Office, and ensure regulatory compliance. On-site leadership, budgeting, and vendor relations are core components of this position in

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supervisory and property management experience.
• Experience with multi-site management preferred.
• Preferred certifications include ARM, CPM, IREM, or CAM.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and affordable housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of large multifamily or mixed-use properties.
• Maintain assets and optimize net operating income without compromising quality.
• Coordinate on-site staff, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Lead leasing, occupancy, and resident relations with adherence to policies.
• Ensure compliance with housing quality standards and regulatory requirements.
