Mercy Housing Management Group is seeking an on-site Property Manager at Major Jenkins Apartments in Chicago, IL. You will lead site staff, oversee leasing and resident relations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering outstanding service to residents.

Responsibilities include rent collection, occupancy maintenance, and cost-control within approved budgets, plus driving NOI and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Must have working knowledge of local and federal housing laws including Fair Housing and Tenant laws.
• Experience handling finances or financials on a property.
• Housing or property management experience with HUD, LIHTC, Rural Housing, or Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
