Job summary

JES Holdings seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of assigned properties and ensure compliance with affordable housing programs. You will market and lease units, manage staff and budgets, and deliver exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, handling inspections, and maintaining occupancy targets while keeping properties safe, compliant, and inviting. On-call for emergencies and regional trainings as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in income qualification and tenant file accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments and drive occupancy targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including budgets.
• Supervise property staff and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs and inspections.
• Respond to resident inquiries and manage work orders promptly.
• Organize community activities and maintain property curb appeal.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and trainings.
