Qualifications

• Must have experience with housing laws including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws.
• Experience in housing or property management including HUD, LIHTC, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to residents in partnership with staff.
• Manage rent collection and maintain budgetary targets.
• Maintain occupancy by implementing effective leasing strategies.
