We are seeking an experienced On-Site Property Manager to maintain daily operations, manage vendor relations, leasing collaboration, and property maintenance across multiple sites in Queens.

The role requires site visits, budget oversight, and attendance at board meetings.

Qualifications

  • Residential (rentals) property management experience is a must.
  • Experience with condo/coop and rental properties preferred.
  • Knowledge of state and federal property regulations.
  • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work an unpredictable schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform site visits and meetings for assigned properties.
  • Negotiate with vendors and coordinate with leasing.
  • Oversee maintenance and service contracts.
  • Attend condo/co-op board meetings and present reports.

On-Site Property Manager

The ideal candidate will be an experienced property manager who shares our values. This person will be assigned several properties, which will require time for site visits and meetings. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of each property, the property manager will negotiate with vendors, work with the leasing department, oversee maintenance, and attend board meetings.
