Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Property Maintenance Repair Technician to service four apartment communities. You will conduct inspections, perform repairs, and respond to maintenance requests to ensure safety and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, emergency response, pool upkeep where applicable, and maintaining accurate work orders. Must have a high school diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Able to operate basic computer tasks for records and work orders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate with tenants and team.
• Reliable and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and emergencies.
• Prior property maintenance or facilities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs on buildings, doors, gates, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Inspect vacated and occupied units and address maintenance needs.
• Replace light switches, thermostats, and appliance parts.
• Maintain outdoor lighting and pool equipment where applicable.
• Complete work orders with detailed updates and documentation.
• Communicate with management on work order status and issues.
• Be on-call for emergency repairs and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with snow removal and de-icing during winter months.
