Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and keep the interior and exterior common areas clean at our property in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Responsibilities include custodial duties, grounds work, make-ready prep, safety compliance, and operating equipment like power washers and floor scrubbers. The role requires flexibility with weekday, night, and weekend hours as needed to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• General knowledge in diversified trades including construction, repair, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Conduct grounds work and power washing as directed.
• Assist in make-ready units prior to occupancy.
• Operate power washers, floor scrubbers, and carts safely.
• Support pool maintenance and basic chemical handling.
• Respond promptly to after-hours maintenance requests.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours with proper records.
