The position requires familiarity with maintenance trades, ability to operate equipment (power washer, blowers, floor scrubbers), and adherence to safety policies. On-site, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of diverse skilled trades helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work and trash removal; clean dumpsters and chutes.
• Clean breezeways, floors, doors, and handrails; power wash when needed.
