Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance for our properties in Huntsville, AL. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with turn events, pool upkeep, and daily grounds care. A valid HS diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws/OSHA are required; on-call emergencies may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and upkeep of common areas and units.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Assist in on-call emergencies and safety procedures.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and inventory.
