Asset Living in Huntsville, AL is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property upkeep, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and assist with make-ready tasks under supervision.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour with comprehensive benefits and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and perform routine repairs to keep the property in good condition.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant units and common areas under supervision.
