Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site duty at our Atlanta communities. The role requires assisting in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will support make-ready processes, safety protocols, and daily operations while upholding Asset Living’s standards for service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills to operate on-site software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• OSHA requirements knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests for common areas, buildings and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the exterior and common areas of the community.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
