Job summary

Asset Living in Morrow, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance and make-ready tasks across our properties. This role requires staying on-site and responding to maintenance requests with a focus on safety and quality.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, assist with inspections, and ensure the upkeep of common areas, units, and outdoor spaces under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for onsite software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with the make-ready process and turnover of units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain pool, grounds, and common areas; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and logs; assist with inventory.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and follow safety procedures.
