Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our communities. You will manage service requests, coordinate staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering excellent resident service.

This full-time, on-site role requires OSHA/Fair Housing knowledge, EPA/CPO certification, and the ability to use on-site software. Regular on-call duties and a focus on cost-effective, high-quality upkeep are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity are expected.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations and service requests daily.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors for work orders.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and safety.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
