Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintaining the property, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and support the management team. The role emphasizes on-site duties, safety, and responsive service to residents.

The Porter will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, handle on-site software tasks, and participate in emergency on-call coverage as needed. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity
• Must understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic work.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in inspections and safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergency duties.
• Support property manager and maintenance supervisor.
