Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance tasks across its properties. The role focuses on routine and cosmetic maintenance, on-site presence, and timely response to management requests.

Responsibilities include upkeep of common areas, grounds, and unit readiness under supervision, with emphasis on safety and customer service. Applicants should have a high school diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks to support property operations.
• Perform on-site maintenance and make-ready tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Respond to resident/management requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
