Job summary

Greystar in Arkansas is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, functional, and safe. You will respond to work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and support make-readies for new move-ins.

This role requires inventory tracking, proper use of tools, and accurate paperwork to document service requests. You will assist with groundskeeping, pressure-washing, and curb painting, while helping reduce costs through sensible repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance tasks on residential properties.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and code requirements.
• Experience with make-ready and move-in processes.
• Ability to track materials and maintain records.
• Strong attention to detail in completing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventive maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Documents service requests clearly and timely for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning, painting curbs, and pressure-washing as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing instead of replacing parts where feasible and using tools properly.
