Shea Properties is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance at an apartment community on-site. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders, track budget impacts, and ensure code compliance while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs across trades, scheduling preventive maintenance, reviewing invoices, and contributing to annual operating budgets.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years property maintenance experience.
• Experience managing a staff and coordinating maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize, complete and/or delegate maintenance work and track work orders.
• Assign work orders and review safety requirements with technicians.
• Lead and participate in lineup and safety meetings.
• Perform and oversee carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry and other maintenance per standards.
