Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to safely maintain interior and exterior property standards while staying on budget. The role focuses on repairs, resident satisfaction, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have multifamily maintenance experience, EPA certification, and supervisory background. The position is on-site with potential after-hours hours and career growth opportunities within RPM Living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• EPA certification is required.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper property maintenance.
• Maintain operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and maintain records in the system.
• Oversee safety, code compliance, and incident reporting.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
• Coordinate with property manager and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Lead preventative maintenance plans and on-call after hours.
• Mentor and train maintenance team members.
