Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to uphold and enhance property value at our community. You will lead maintenance tasks, coordinate with residents and teams, and step in for the Maintenance Manager when needed.

Applicants should have at least one year of multifamily maintenance experience, EPA certification, and basic Microsoft Office skills. The role is on-site with a flexible schedule and strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• EPA certification is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance tasks.
• Complete work orders within 24-48 hours and update records.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with residents and staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Perform sheetrock repairs to maintain aesthetics and safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team and external contractors for seamless maintenance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and uphold property quality.
• Assess safety and cleanliness standards and report supply needs.
• Cover Maintenance Manager duties in their absence.
