Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain the property safely and efficiently, at or below budget, while driving resident satisfaction.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage POs and invoices, oversee safety, and implement preventative maintenance plans, ensuring OSHA compliance and on-call coverage for emergencies, with a focus on cost control and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience or training.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of the property and grounds and lead technicians.
• Maintain operating budget and secure bids for supplies and services.
• Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, and safety training.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and liaise with property manager.
• Mentor and train maintenance staff to improve skills.
