Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to maintain and enhance the value of the assigned community. You will assume the Maintenance Manager responsibilities when the manager is unavailable, coordinate emergencies, and manage work orders with timely updates for residents and the team.

Goal is to uphold safety, document activities, and collaborate with crews and contractors while delivering reliable on-site maintenance services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED – Preferred.
• One year of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO – Preferred.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance tasks.
• Complete work orders within 24-48 hours and update records.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with residents and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
