Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead on-site maintenance operations for our apartment communities. You will supervise technicians, manage the budget, and ensure timely repairs while upholding safety standards.

You’ll coordinate with the Community Manager, drive cost efficiencies, handle bids, and maintain records. Strong leadership and EPA certification are required; CPO is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience or training.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of property and grounds and direct maintenance staff.
• Maintain operating budget and secure competitive bids for services.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, compliance with codes, and incident reporting.
