Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and lead a maintenance team across the property. You will be responsible for keeping facilities safe, functional, and compliant within budget and schedules.

The role requires supervisory experience and hands-on maintenance expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, along with OSHA compliance and strong record-keeping. On-site work with flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure property upkeep.
• Maintain operating budget and obtain competitive bids for supplies.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure on-time completion.
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance and on-site audits.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with property manager and respond to emergencies.
• Mentor maintenance staff and implement preventive maintenance plans.
