Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to safely maintain the property and uphold RPM standards. You will lead a skilled maintenance team, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction through timely repairs and proactive maintenance.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating bids, and maintaining records while complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of property and grounds.
• Manage budget and obtain competitive bids for supplies/services.
• Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee safety/compliance with fire codes and OSHA regulations.
