Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our on-site team. You will collect rents, deposit payments, and support leasing by conducting tours and showing models to prospects and residents.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare lease documents, and help maximize occupancy and income while coordinating with vendors and on-site staff. The role requires strong communication and organization skills and a professional image.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, post, and deposit rental payments.

• Lease apartments by conducting tours and showing models.
