CAF Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community and lead the onsite leasing and maintenance teams. You will ensure resident satisfaction, compliance with Fair Housing laws, and adherence to financial targets.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and multitasking abilities, with experience using Entrata or similar software. This onsite position offers a competitive salary plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Property Manager
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
• Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance team
• Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor leasing activity and occupancy to meet performance goals
• Use Entrata to manage resident records, leasing, and reporting
• Ensure all leasing and operational processes follow Fair Housing regulations
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor work, and curb appeal
• Maintain accurate documentation for leases, inspections, and resident communication
• Partner with corporate and ownership teams to achieve financial and operational targets
