• Oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.

• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance; manage risk and compliance.
• Plan annual marketing and resident retention programs; ensure lease signings and move-ins.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high levels of service.
