Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager, managing staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk. This on-site leadership role ensures compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines while driving performance.

You will develop budgets, marketing plans, and resident retention programs, supervise training and coaching, and strive for the highest net operating income through effective cost controls and exemplary

Qualifications

• Experience managing a housing community or property.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to lead and develop on-site staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Monitor rent collection, vendor invoices, and reporting.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high resident satisfaction.
