Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Park City, Kentucky property. The role supports the Property Manager in all aspects of property management and serves as a liaison between our office, guests and residents regarding maintenance and other issues.

Key duties include responding to questions, coordinating maintenance, processing residency applications, and managing administrative tasks while assisting with events and financial Reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of on-site property management experience.
• Strong customer service experience and basic building knowledge.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize guest needs.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
• Liaise between our office and guests and residents regarding maintenance and other issues as needed.
• Respond to questions and complaints promptly.
• Contact tenants to address issues requiring immediate attention.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders for repairs.
• Order inventory and obtain estimates for repairs.
• Process applications for long-term residency, including background checks.
• Assist Activities team with events, ticket sales and supplies.
• Manage petty cash, accounts payable/receivable, credit card reconciliations, cash reconciliations and bank deposits.
• Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
