Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of on-site property management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and knowledge of building structures helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and complaints promptly.
• Contact tenants to address urgent issues.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders.
• Order inventory and obtain repair estimates.
• Process new long-term residency applications and background checks.
• Assist Activities team with events, tickets, and supplies.
