Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Project Safety Manager - Energy to lead safety programs on regional projects.

The role focuses on building an Incident and Injury Free Culture, maintaining safety roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and local regulations. The position requires an OSHA 30 Construction credential, strong communication skills, and experience in construction safety, with on-site work and occasional travel for project timelines.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• CPR/FA Certified (Trainer Preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or related field preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of construction safety experience (electrical safety experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC) by creating a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and submit to project leadership.
• Monitor Cupertino Electric and subcontractor safety compliance on site.
