Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Senior Project Safety Manager for on-site leadership in Blythe, California.

You will develop and maintain the Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports. The ideal candidate is OSHA 30-certified with 3–5 years of construction safety experience, understands NFPA/NESC/ASTM/ANSI standards, and can lead investigations and toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification is required.
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience with NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI standards is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with Production leadership support.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and present to project leadership.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor compliance with applicable standards and project safety requirements.
