Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Energy to join our team in Port Washington, Wisconsin.

You will support project teams by developing and sustaining an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC) through a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading weekly safety meetings. The ideal candidate holds OSHA 30 Construction certification, CPR/FA certification, 3–5 years of construction safety experience (electrical safety

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s in EHS or related field is preferred.
OSHA 30 Construction certification is required.
CPR/FA certification (Trainer preferred) and other safety certifications are desirable.
3–5 years of construction safety experience, electrical safety preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; willingness to obtain CHST within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and report to project leadership.
Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor compliance with applicable safety standards.
