The role emphasizes maintaining an Incident and Injury Free Culture while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and supporting a strong Project Safety Roadmap. Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• CPR/FA Certification preferred (Trainer).
• STS and STSC certification preferred, plus other safety certifications desired.
• 0–2 years of construction safety experience (electrical safety preferred).
• Driving with valid license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating safety program effectiveness through daily field walks and logging observations.
• Support project-specific corrective action plans to address safety issues.
• Provide feedback to Safety leadership on areas for safety improvement.
• Coach employees exhibiting unsafe behaviors and recognize safe practices.
• Assist with site safety orientations and basic safety training (HazCom, Fall Protection, Lockout/Tag-out).
• Participate in incident investigations and safety meetings daily.
