Job summary

Cupertino Electric is seeking a Manager, Project Safety in Blythe, CA to lead safety initiatives on project sites and in offices. You will develop safety roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive incident investigations with support from site leadership.

The role emphasizes a proactive safety culture and collaboration across teams. Ideal candidates have OSHA 30, strong construction safety experience (electrical safety preferred), and the ability to lead toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• CPR/FA Certification (Trainer Preferred) and other safety certifications desired.
• Must be willing to obtain BCSP CHST certification within 12 months.
• Three to five years of construction safety experience (electrical safety experience preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and report to project leadership.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Assist weekly toolbox safety meetings and monitor subcontractor compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
