Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Energy to lead safety initiatives on complex electrical construction projects in Gary, IN.

You will develop safety roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a culture of incident prevention with weekly reports and toolbox talks. Ideal candidates are OSHA 30 certified, with 3–5 years of construction safety experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence teams across field and office locations.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required; CPR/FA certification preferred and other safety certifications desired.
• Three to five years of construction safety experience (electrical safety preferred).
• Experience interpreting NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with Production leadership support.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and submit to project leadership.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor safety compliance with applicable standards.
