Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager - Energy to lead safety programs on-site or at the project office. You will develop safety roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive an Incident and Injury Free Culture across large projects.

Ideal candidates have OSHA 30 construction certification and strong communication skills to influence behavior. Eligible for annual bonus plans and project incentives, with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required; CPR/FA certification preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CHST certification within 12 months.
• Three to five years of construction safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Ensure federal, state, and local safety regulatory compliance.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and present to leadership.
• Lead incident investigations with Production leadership support.
• Monitor Cupertino Electric and Subcontractor safety compliance.
