• Availability to work on-site in Overland Park, KS.

Responsibilities

• Keep project schedules current and follow up before something falls behind.
• Coordinate across Sales, Design, and Service teams so everyone has information they need.
• Communicate with clients by email, phone, video, and in person.
• Research products, place orders, create purchase orders, and ensure materials arrive.
• Learn multiple software platforms, including Smartsheet, to manage details and track progress.
