Murray Company is seeking a full-time Commercial Construction Project Coordinator to support our construction team in Overland Park, KS or St. Louis, MO. You will assist Project Managers, Project Engineers and Superintendents, organize project data, and help coordinate documentation and contracts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; six months of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in construction coordination or contract/document management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the construction department.
• Assist Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents on project teams.
• Organize initiatives and maintain information for projects and the department.
• Demonstrate collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
