Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. in Chanhassen, MN is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our 900-person employee-owned visual merchandising team.

You will work with Sales and internal teams to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This on-site role requires attention to detail, proficiency with Excel and Google, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while providing clear communication to

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Two years’ related experience in printing or retail preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Proficient with project management software; Excel and Google.
• Able to work on-site in Chanhassen, MN.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with end-to-end projects.
• Enter orders and support goals with PMs.
• Coordinate projects under corporate directives.
• Communicate with PMs and Sales on progress.
• Track milestones and deliverables.
• Create job orders with complete files.
• Upload production files into the TBG system.
• Email data and support information to stakeholders.
• Identify scope changes and potential crises.
• Update project trackers and distribution lists.
• Support quality control and rework follow-up.
• Build and grow business relationships.
• Create purchase orders and data for billing.
• Perform other duties as requested.
